Officer Descriptions
PRESIDENT
Lead meetings, communicate with LTG and other division presidents, approves major club decisions and ensures officers are doing their jobs.
VICE PRESIDENT OF PROJECTS
Helps plan events, especially those focused on the monthly Spotlight on Service.
VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS
Communicates with Kiwanis to organize events and partnerships.
VICE PRESIDENT OF MEMBERSHIP
Helps recruit new members, collect membership forms, and promote active membership throughout the year.
SECRETARY
Submit monthly report forms (MRFs) to document club progress and takes minutes during meetings.
SECRETARY ASSISTANT
Assists secretary.
TREASURER
In charge of financing and fundraisers. Organizes and submits forms to office and oversees collection of money.
TREASURER ASSISTANT
Assists treasurer.
HISTORIAN
Documents pictures and videos of club activities and submits them weekly. Also in charge of creating meeting slideshows.
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS
Promotes order of club and assists in setting up the room before meetings.
ALL OFFICERS
Be active and model club members, find events, communicate with other officers and Ms. Takayesu to ensure the club runs smoothly.
